Our Approach
We have created a variety of digital campaigns that have resulted in huge brand awareness for Seymours.
Our Keepy-Uppy campaign, which ran around the time of the 2016 European Football Championships and encouraged people to video themselves doing keepy-uppys with unusual objects went viral, with videos coming in from as far afield as Uganda.
We have run similar campaigns, both across the group and at a more localised branch level, which have served equally well to drive brand awareness and engagement and position Seymours as the estate agency to trust in Surrey.
Our digital advertising campaigns on Facebook were particularly successful during lockdown, when the Seymours teams needed to quickly move to virtual video tours and property valuations via Facebook.
Our digital work for Seymours has been supported by a range of our traditional PR and creative marketing services, including blog writing, award writing, press releases and engagement with local media, newsletters, mail shots and poster campaigns, as well as a complete rebrand and overhaul of the group’s website.
In a competitive market, we have helped Seymours maintain and retain its status as the leading independent estate agency brand in Surrey.
