The Challenge

Cloudficient faced several digital marketing challenges that hindered its ability to attract qualified leads. These included limited visibility on Google, a low domain authority of 27, and insufficient bottom-of-funnel traffic, which made it difficult for the company to effectively nurture leads through the customer journey. These issues needed to be addressed with a comprehensive, targeted SEO strategy to improve organic search performance, increase lead generation, and optimise the overall user experience.

Our Approach

We implemented a three-phase SEO strategy to tackle these challenges. The first phase focused on auditing the company’s existing content, identifying underperforming areas, and implementing a Reverse Content Silo strategy to better group and interlink content for improved search engine crawlability.

In the second phase, we worked on enhancing the site’s health by optimising on-page elements, fixing technical issues, and building eight quality backlinks per month to increase domain authority. The third phase involved optimising product and service pages, enhancing them with targeted keywords, improving metadata, internal linking, and integrating schema markup to make the content more discoverable and user-friendly.

The Results

Within six months of implementing the strategy, Cloudficient saw significant improvements. Domain authority increased from 27 to 34, and several targeted keywords ranked on the first page of Google.

Organic traffic grew by 12% month-over-month, and enhanced bottom-of-funnel traffic resulted in higher-quality leads and improved conversion rates. The SEO improvements not only strengthened Cloudficient’s digital presence but also positioned the company as a trusted and authoritative provider in its niche, laying the foundation for long-term success and growth in a competitive market.
