Client Spotlight: Royal School for the Deaf Derby (RSDD)

Royal School for the Deaf Derby’s Headteacher was retiring after over 30 years of outstanding service, and RSDD needed help from NetMaxRes to find a new Headteacher.

RSDD is a non-maintained day and residential special school with a nationwide catchment area catering to deaf children and young people aged between 3 and 18.

With their existing Headteacher retiring after an exceptional tenure at RSDD, they needed help to attract the best candidates from across the country to carry on its journey to provide the best support and education for deaf children and young people.

Due to the nature of the school and the skills required to succeed in the role, RSDD needed help to reach a highly skilled and specific audience with a quality-over-quantity approach.

NetMaxRes designed and built a landing page specifically for the campaign featuring information about Royal School for the Deaf Derby and the Headteacher role.

Alongside this, NetMaxRes worked with RSDD to design and deliver an eye-catching job specification pack which explained the role in detail and conveyed the unique environment RSDD offers both staff and pupils.

To ensure the landing page and job specification pack landed in front of the right people, NetMaxRes built a LinkedIn ad campaign targeting teachers with the skills needed to flourish at RSDD. Using job title targeting paired with skill-based targeting and targeting specific schools across the UK, NetMaxRes delivered ads to a highly specialised audience aiming to reach only the most relevant candidates.

Running over a month to a highly specialised audience, the campaign succeeded in driving quality traffic and interest from ideal candidates.

Royal School of the Deaf Derby, with the support of NetMaxRes, managed to attract a number of candidates for the role. With an exceptional hire being made, with the new Headteacher now in place and leading RSDD to greater success.

Ahead of a return to in-person events, CIWEM approached NetMaxRes looking for help to raise awareness of Flood & Coast 2022.

After multiple years of being online, CIWEM required help reaching professionals working in the environmental and water sectors to raise awareness of Flood & Coast 2022.

Using LinkedIn advertising to reach professionals, NetMaxRes built an audience focused on job titles combined with company industries.

With a tightly focused audience, the campaign utilised video assets that concisely conveyed the agenda, key speakers, exhibitors, and workshops in under 30 seconds.

The campaign reached relevant environmental and water industry professionals with 51,152 impressions and 501 social actions. Engagement with the ads was overwhelmingly positive, with comments from professionals expressing their excitement to be attending in person again.

Client Spotlight: Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust – Staff in Mind

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) sought help from NetMaxRes to promote their new service, Staff in Mind.

SPFT needed to reach NHS and Social Care staff experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties, who were less likely to seek help or access the support available through their workplace.

SPFT sought out NetMaxRes to help reach these staff members through non-work channels and grow awareness and self-referrals for the Staff in Mind service. Working closely with the SPFT and Staff in Mind team, NetMaxRes put together multiple campaigns which were served across the Meta ads network.

NetMaxRes built audiences using geo-targeting on NHS and Social Care workplaces across Sussex combined with demographic and interest-based targeting. The advertising was served across the Meta ads network, covering Facebook and Instagram, to people recently in the critical target areas.

By serving ads through social media and directing them to the Staff in Mind website with a self-referral process, the campaign was separated from the work environment, helping reinforce the confidential and discreet nature of the Staff in Mind service.

The ads received 326,914 impressions, 5,857 link clicks, and 88,870 post engagements throughout the campaign, successfully increasing interest in and awareness of Staff in Mind.

Client Spotlight: Surrey County Council Chlamydia Test Kits

Surrey County Council identified rising cases of chlamydia among young people across Surrey. Recognising a need to use digital platforms to reach this audience, Surrey County Council came to NetMaxRes for help. 

Having worked together before, Surrey County Council knew it could rely on NetMaxRes to reach its target audience of young women across Surrey. 

NetMaxRes identified Snapchat and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as the platforms that both allowed adverts related to sexual health and had high usage among young women. 

Working closely together, Surrey County Council and NetMaxRes created an advertising campaign using static images and animated assets. 

Using bright, bold colours and featuring young women, the adverts contained clear messaging around the health risks of chlamydia with a direct call to action to order a free testing kit. 

Running over three months, the campaign achieved 3,397,519 impressions, successfully delivering the messaging of free testing kits to women aged 16-24 across Surrey.

Client Spotlight: West Sussex County Council – Active Travel

West Sussex County Council was embarking on an important project to promote active travel choices (alternatives to cars), encouraging people to walk, cycle or scoot. The campaign specifically needed to reach parents of school-age children across Chichester, Horsham and Shoreham.

Having worked with NetMaxRes previously, West Sussex County Council knew they could trust us to reach their target audience effectively and deliver their campaign.

Working together, NetMaxRes put together a campaign utilising Meta’s powerful advertising targeting focused on demographics and geo-targeting.

The campaign targeted parents of school-age children over two months from August 2022 to the end of September, coinciding with Bike to School week.

Using bright and bold creative assets, which NetMaxRes designed, the campaign succeed in reaching a wide number of parents in the key target areas. With over 1.8 million impressions and nearly 13,000 clicks, the campaign was successful in promoting West Sussex Country Council’s message encouraging parents to ditch their cars for more active travel options.
